Grand Tetons Bitch Creek ESB, Wyoming
This is a well interated Extra Special Bitter.
It is layered with caramel and roasted flavors and floral notes.
Good balance shows maltiness, yet a hoppy bitter, spiciness.

Big Sky Moose Drool, Missoula, Montana
Dark brown, like the color of bitter chocolate.
There's a rootbeer note on the nose.
Smoky, roasted flavors on the palate lead to a sweet finish.
A touch of black licorice marries with the flavor of burnt sassafras root and hint of soy sauce.
Not too bitter, not to malty and so easy to drink.
A delicious ale with crowd pleasing appeal.

Snake River Zonker Stout, Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Very dark, nearly opaque with a good firm head.
There's a roasted, smoked quality about this beer that I just can't get enough of.
The chocolate malt marries well with a good dose of espresso flavor.
This is one of the best stouts on the market.
Robust, creamy, smoky, with an underlying flavor of milk chocolate.
Great balance between malty sweetness and bitter hops.
It gets better and better as it warms up.
I like to leave mine out for 30 minutes before opening it.
Serious Stout Drinkers Only!

Snake River Pale Ale, Wyonming
Zesty flavors of fresh cut grass and chamomile fill your mouth with an ample amount of carbonation.
The bitter flavors are balanced by a hint of honey and lemon.
There is a soft flavor of hops flowers on the finish.
Dry, rather than malty sweet, with a complex layered presence.

Snake River Vienna Style Lager, Wyonming
Very freshing brew.
It has a touch of caramel and slight sweet, smooth, dijon mustard and ground cardamom note.
There is a creamy flavor on the palate,
while the beer finishes in that clean lager style.
The hops adds a slight zing, with a touch of floral chamamile sweetness. -BF $8 a six pack
