Susie Mayr Max Ariza Max is a managing partner in Hospitality Training & Consulting LLC as well as a full-time associate instructor with Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado. He teaches a variety of classes specializing in food service, beverage service and food & beverage management. Mr. Ariza holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Avignon, France and currently working for his Master Sommelier exam/degree. Mr. Ariza is a Certified TIPS Trainer with Health Communication, Inc, and Advanced Sommelier Certified.
