This is a concentrated pinot noir. Spicy aromas and notes of roses rise from the glass. On the palate, this wine offers notes of earth, tar, clove, cola nut and bright wild cherry flavors. The acidity is balanced against the deep flavors. The tannins are soft, yet offer enough grip to pair with lean or fatty foods.

What a gem. Aromas of vanilla waft from the glass. Dense, complex, inky, flavors of berries, black licorice, and clove. Petite sirah is a spicy change of pace from mainstream reds like merlot and cabernet sauvignon. A full bodied red, perfect for a juicy steak off the grill.

Kit Fox 2003 Foxy White, California
Integrated, soft, perfume-like with notes of cantaloupe, lemon zest, and honey. It is a blend of sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, viognier, and orange muscat. This is a polished, elegant, amazing wine for the money. It has the perfect amount of acidity for food, yet is floral and silky. A lovely wine to keep on hand.

Polished and soft, this pinot noir is a regal offering. The fruit is forward with flavors of red raspberries, clove, vanilla, and smoke. The feel of this wine is silky in the mouth.
