Chateau Routas Rosé Rouviere, Provence
This lovely rosé is a blend of grenache, syrah and cinsault. Notes of spring blossoms on the nose, the wine has a fresh, yet rich flavor in the mouth. The palate is a canvas of wild strawberries and hints of fresh cut herbs. Hints of ginger, anise, and clove are swept away by a linger honey'ed finish.
